1. What is the daily output?
500 L/H equals approximately 12,000 gallons per day (about 12 tons), enough for 1,000-1,200 people.
2. What type of water can this system handle?
Tap water or low TDS well water (TDS ≤ 1000 ppm). For high TDS or high hardness water, please see our models with additional stages.
3. Are the tanks FRP or stainless steel?
Standard configuration uses FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) tanks — corrosion-resistant and cost-effective. Stainless steel tanks are available upon request.
4. Does this system include a softener?
No. This is a standard 3-tank system (sand + carbon + cartridge). For high hardness water, we recommend our 6-tank model with softener.
5. What is the difference between 250L/H and 500L/H models?
The 500L/H model has double the output (500 vs 250 L/H), dual membranes (2 vs 1), higher power (1.5KW vs 1.1KW), and heavier weight (250kg vs 200kg).
6. How long does installation take?
About 4 hours. The system comes pre-assembled — just connect water inlet, drain, and power.
7. What is the MOQ?
