1. What is the daily output?
1000 L/H equals approximately 24,000 gallons per day (about 24 tons), enough for 2,000-2,500 people.
2. What type of water can this system handle?
Tap water or low TDS well water (TDS ≤ 1000 ppm). For high TDS or high hardness water, please see our models with additional stages.
3. Are the tanks FRP or stainless steel?
Standard configuration uses FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) tanks — corrosion-resistant and cost-effective. Stainless steel tanks are available upon request.
4. Does this system include a softener?
No. This is a standard 3-tank system (sand + carbon + cartridge). For high hardness water, we recommend our 4-tank model with softener.
5. What is the difference between 500L/H and 1000L/H models?
The 1000L/H model has double the output (1000 vs 500 L/H), four membranes (4 vs 2), higher power (1.8KW vs 1.5KW), and heavier weight (340kg vs 270kg).
6. Can this system run on 220V?
Yes. Standard 220V / 50Hz. 380V / 60Hz is available upon request.
7. How long does installation take?
About 4 hours. The system comes pre-assembled — just connect water inlet, drain, and power.
