How the Resin Works

  1. Raw water passes through the resin tank
  2. Resin beads attract and hold calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺) ions
  3. Softened water flows to RO membranes (scale-free)
  4. When resin is saturated, regeneration with salt solution restores it

2. Why do I need a softener?
